Free Slot Search - Overview

The Session and Current appointments view have the Free Slot Search option. This is an easy and fast way to book appointments, and includes a free slot count for today and subsequent days.

The Free Slot Search views have the following features:

  • Search by slot duration
  • Filter by AM or PM
  • Current filter from the Session view remains active
  • Filter can be refined
  • Free slot count for today
  • Free slot count by day
  • Information about the current view.

View Options

There are 3 display settings, defined in preferences:

 

 

    Calendar Style

  • Shows free slot count by Clinician
  • Expand Clinician / Clinic to view free slots

List Style - Start Time

  • Ordered by start time
  • All free slots available for the selected date - subject to filters
  • Hover over colour to see slot type

List Style - Range

  • A subset of free slots
  • A range of start times across a date
